I am Dr Lisa Sorger — a consultant radiologist (FRANZCR), healthcare executive and medical administrator (AFRACMA), and company director (GAICD). Most recently I was Chief Medical Officer of Integral Diagnostics (ASX: IDX), an ASX-listed diagnostic imaging group with a national network of radiologists across more than 140 sites, where I sat on the senior executive and reported to the CEO and Board on clinical governance, quality, risk and AI strategy. Today I am founder and managing director of myRadiologist, a regulated digital telereporting platform, and Medical Director for Prenuvo Australia — the first dedicated whole-body MRI preventative imaging service launched outside North America.
My career has run through the reading room, the executive suite and the boardroom — I have carried the clinical risk, built the governance, and led successful MSAC funding applications that created new reimbursement for the imaging sector. My work sits where preventative imaging, health economics and the governance of medical AI meet, and I am a recognised national voice on who holds the risk when machines read first. I read the primary sources myself, and I will always tell you the strongest argument against my own view. That honesty is the whole point.
